LuvMind also provides psychological insight as a platform that provides personalized assessments and reports based on your responses to our questionnaires. Our Service uses fine-tuned LLM technology to generate insights about cognitive patterns, emotional intelligence, and personal growth opportunities.

When you place an order for a session, you are making an offer to purchase. Luvmind reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted due to the digital nature of the content.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for sessions are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use it.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY

We provide access to purchased reprogramming sessions by making an access link available through the Services or via the email address you provide. Delivery is complete when the access link is made available. Upon delivery, responsibility for access and the risk of loss passes to you. Access links may be time-limited. We do not promise ongoing hosting, archiving, or continued availability of any specific session file once delivered.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all audio, video, text, and graphics, are owned by Luvmind and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the sessions for your personal, non-commercial use only. You grant Luvmind a perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify (a) materials you provide to us; (b) any session outputs delivered to you; and (c) your communications with us for marketing and promotional purposes.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links which we do not monitor. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no case shall Luvmind, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the Services or products. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount actually received by Luvmind for the specific purchase in question.

SECTION 15 - REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because our sessions are digital and experienced in real-time, all sales are usually final once delivery has occurred.

However, because we are so confident in our product, we offer a 30 day money back offer. If you do not experience any benefit from our sessions then you must submit an email to support@luvmind.io. Refunds are considered at our sole discretion. If an error on our part prevents delivery, we may, at our option, re-deliver the session or provide a refund.

• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with guidelines
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
